•CBEC extends the last date of e-filing of Service Tax Return (ST 3) for the period October, 2012 to March, 2013 from 25th April to 31st August, 2013 vide CBEC’s Order No. 3/2013-ST dated 23-4-2013. The return utility for this period is expected to be made available in ACES in July, 2013; the exact date of the availability will be announced later.  •A tender Notice dated 26.04.2013 for supply of Toner/Ink cartridge of HP/Samsung printers in Noida Commissionerate is issued by his Office. Last dated of tender is 13.05.2013, Interested bidders can download the tender document from Tender Notice Menu.  •CBEC extends the date of e-filing of the new Service Tax Return (ST-3) for the period from 1st July 2012 to 30th September 2012, from 15th April,2013 to 30th April, 2013.   •Service Tax Return (ST 3) for the period 1st July - 30th September, 2012 is now available in a modified format for e-filing in ACES. CBEC extends the date of e-filing of the new Service Tax Return (ST-3) for the period July-September 2012, from 25th March, 2013 to 30th April, 2013. Please download the appropriate Return Excel Utility, for July-September, 2012 period or for the previous periods (if not already filed) from http://acesdownload.nic.in/ or from the 'DOWNLOADS' section of ACES website (https://www.aces.gov.in). 4. Due to some unavoidable circumstances, the tender notice dated 27.02.2013 for supply and installation of Video Conferencing Systems, may be treated as cancelled.

All the service tax assessees are hereby informed that w.e.f 1st October 2011, e filing of all the ST-3 Returns have been made mandatory irrespective of any revenue limit by virtue of notification no. 43/2011 ST,dated 25/08/2011.Those asseesees who have not been issued username/password for ACES may apply for the same mentioning their email id's to the jurisdictional Range Superintendnet, Superintendent (Systems )(Hqrs).
